Adjunct Therapy Services

Sometimes, a team approach to therapy is called for.

In adjunct therapy, the client receives treatment from a second, specialized therapist in addition to the treatment they are already receiving from their primary therapist.

Typically, a treatment goal is identified by the primary therapist, which involves a speciality skill such as EMDR. As a therapist who specializes in both EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, I have found that serving clients in an adjunct role can be both enormously useful and beneficial.

There are several different options available, such as half day intensives, or full day intensives, depending upon the specific needs of the individual. As I do not offer ongoing individual therapy after an intensive, having a primary therapist to return to after our work is completed is vital.

Please feel free to email me regarding the specifics, and together we can design an intensive program that meets your needs.
