At Columbia Center for EMDR Therapy, we believe in whole-body healing. Trauma is not only stored in our brain, but also in our body. The best forms of healing consider the whole person, using a holistic approach to bring wholeness to the mind and body. Come experience the ancient healing art of Reiki! Reiki has been used for centuries as a way to mange stress, promote relaxation, and healing. This ancient tradition works brings balance to the system.  We are very honored to have Reiki Master, Daphne McIntosh, RN, on site, and excited to offer this holistic modality to our list of services.


Private Yoga With Daphne

Restorative Yoga -  This is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. 

Yoga Nidra is a systematic guided meditation that is usually practiced in savasana or a supported, comfortable position. It promotes rest and relaxation. 

Kundalini Yoga builds physical strength and stamina while enhancing cognitive function, emotional fitness, and spiritual connection.

Breathwork With Daphne

Breathwork is an amazing form of healing work. It gets one back to the physical body and allows one to go deeply in to heal.


Daphne was trained by Erin Telford, from the lineage of David Elliot. This transformational work is a need for all to heal and to fully love ourselves.
